It\u2019s not hard to decipher the writing on the wall. Gallup reports that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/236474\/millennials-job-hopping-generation.aspx\">60% of millennials<\/a> are open to new job opportunities. To make matters worse, as many as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roberthalf.com\/blog\/management-tips\/how-to-make-retaining-top-talent-a-priority-at-your-company\">42% are ready to take new positions<\/a> in the next 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>Stellar pay and benefits don\u2019t guarantee employee retention anymore.
