It has a familiar Back, Next, Cancel and Help button navigation system you are likely familiar with that steps you through the various phases of the import process. It also allows you to visualize how the data will be presented as you go.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin-top: 16pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 18pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.38; color: #434343;\"><a id=\"_939tzj57as1w\"><\/a>Hierarchy<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 18pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.38;\">The hierarchy can be set either manually or automatically. By manipulating the \u201cPosition\u201d and \u201cReports to\u201d fields relationship hierarchy can be assigned manually within the wizard if that information is not available in the raw data.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin-top: 16pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 18pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.38; color: #434343;\"><a id=\"_vh0dmuhe86cx\"><\/a>Dotted-Line (indirect) reporting.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 18pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.38;\">What is dotted-line reporting? Simply it\u2019s the relationship between an employee with a secondary supervisor that also provides direction or management in the work performed. You may be concerned how dotted-line relationships might complicate the creation of your org chart. The name and title might be pulled from Microsoft Outlook contacts, the Performance Rating might come from an Excel file and the Salary from an Oracle database.
