The key finding? . . .<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>62% of employees surveyed say they would be \u201csignificantly more engaged\u201d at work if their company had a succession plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This number should speak volumes to those either concerned with or responsible for employee retention.
